Teacher Appreciation Week!

I LOVE teacher appreciation week! Because I LOVE the teachers/ staff at my daughters school! I have found SO many good ideas on Pinterest (its like crack!)
Monday : Thanks For Helping Me Grow plant

 Kayla's teacher loves sparkly things and bling! So we decorated the pot with jewels after the spray paint dried.

 

I forgot to take a pic of Tuesday's gift. We used the same spray paint and painted a wooden 5x7 frame and I printed off a picture of the class that I had taken for yearbook, and Kayla decorated it with a few stickers.

Also on Tuesday was the adult girl scout volunteer appreciation dinner and my contribution to the gift bad was a canvas bag that I had painted. Here is a pic of one of them.

 

Wednesday: You Were 'MINT' to teach Plant

 This is my version of the 'mint' to be, instead of buying mints or gum. I have chocolate mint growing in my yard and dug some up and put it in a pot spray painted with the same paint I had, and printed off this cute sign I found of pinterest. I stuck it to the bottom of a colored pencil and placed it in  the dirt. It turned out cute! and it will be a nice overflowing plant here in a month.

Backyard play

Playing peek a boo with mom. This girl is busy busy BUSY!

She is always pretending to be a different animal. Today she was a very rare 'Green Panda'. Not to be confused with a Red Panda, lol. I was the animal researcher with my 'Binoculars' observing this rare Panda in her habitat. :) Love this kids imagination!!! ( insert Spongebob's rainbow )

BUGS

I not a huge fans of bugs in my house.(gross!!!) but I can appreciate them in there own environment. Except spiders...I don't appreciate them even though they are good for my garden, eat others bugs, blah, blah, BLAH. Anyways just in a mood to post some of my faves that I have taken over the years.
